At SaunasPro, we work hard to ensure your sauna arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Most saunas arrive within 7–12 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Method
All saunas are delivered by freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Freight delivery includes:
Curbside delivery
The driver will unload the crate using a liftgate
A signature may be required upon delivery
If you need special arrangements, contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the United States on most sauna models unless stated otherwise.
Remote areas or special delivery requests may require additional fees.
Order Tracking
Once your sauna ships, you will receive:
Your carrier name
Your tracking number
A link to follow your shipment in real time
Damaged Shipments
Your order is fully insured, but it is important to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If you see damage:
Take clear photos of the box and any affected parts
Inform the driver and note the damage on the delivery receipt (if possible)
Contact us within 48 hours
We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly.
Missed Deliveries
If the freight carrier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they will typically:
Leave a notice
Call to schedule another delivery attempt
Re-delivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are missed.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the shipment is returned or rerouted, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
At this time, SaunasPro ships only within the United States.
If international delivery becomes available, we will update this policy.
