Returns & Refund Policy – SaunasPro
At SaunasPro, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to feel confident and stress-free when purchasing a sauna. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your sauna, as long as:
- The product is unused
- The sauna is in its original packaging
- All parts, manuals, and accessories are included
We cannot accept returns on saunas that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
Return Approval Required
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.
Because saunas are large, freight shipping is required. We will help arrange a pick-up if needed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective:
Take clear photos of the box and the damaged part(s)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 3–7 business days
(Depending on your bank or card issuer.)

Custom orders
Missing original packaging
